"Yeah, I went and checked it out, and nobody else was living there," John admitted, "I'll probably get roommates at some point, since there's enough room for three people, but for right now I'm all by myself."

He said this proudly, as if he were all grown up for living by himself. Being 14, it was important for him to look all grown up.
