Content Warnings: Lots of alcohol and Lokibeing a troll
Summary: Just one nation out for a beer or twelve because it's his duty as responsible adult to get shattered every once in a while.
He set the empty mug down on the table and wordlessly ordered another from the bartender while picking up what was left of his most recent cigarette. Germany showed no outward signs of being drunk just yet, even if he himself had long lost count on how much he's had so far.
But he kept losing things recently anyway it seemed. His friends and allies. Another war. His connection to his people. His job. His sanity. His brother. His focus on something to work for and move forward to.
What had he gained?
...right. Nothing. It came down to an uneven exchange. So the nation had gone to do some trades he considered fair: His money for beer and cigarettes. That was an exchange he could approve of. And one that would assist him in just losing his worries for at least a couple of hours at least.
Once the new beer was placed in front of him, the nation nodded, pushed out the bit of cigarette for good and lightened a new one. The evening had hardly begun to change into the night, so he had still time...
