Bored Now [Open]

Characters: Prussia and anyone willing to take on a bored and crazy nation (a.k.a. THIS COULD BE YOU! :D)
Date: 12 November; morning-ish
Format: Yes. I'll be doing prose since it's easier for me to write, but don't mind getting action-spam tags
Content Warnings: Swearing. Violence. Nazi uniforms.
Summary: Prussia has gotten to be terribly bored and lonely, to the point where he doesn't even want beer. There's only one solution for this: sparring! Just... to find someone to fight. (And never mind there was a siege only a few weeks ago; you think he cares?)

It's not too early in the morning when Prussia finds a nice bit of high ground to perch on near the marketplace. It just so happens to be one of the supports for the bridges, but that's not important. What is important is that he's amassed a collection of small stones and pebbles, which are presently in his pockets.

He sits, crouched, balanced on the balls of his feet. As the marketplace begins to really begin to bustle for the day, Prussia looks through the crowd, seeking out likely targets. Okay, fine, time for the fun to begin! He calls out, voice carrying with practised ease despite how rasping it sounds. "Hey! Any of you want to fight the awesome me!?"

The looks and glares he gets from some of the natives hardly phase him. In fact, that just eggs him on, and he starts retrieving the pebbles from his pocket to pelt them at people. "C'mon! Cowards! None of you have the stones to fight, so here, lemme give you some!"

When he finally catches someone's attention, Prussia will cease his assault. Until then? "Fucking wusses! Bet none of you could take a punch anyways! Sissies!"

Somehow the implication that John wasn't worth Prussia's time just made him even more annoyed. "Come on, I'm tougher than I look!" He was a scrawny 14-year-old, so he definitely didn't look like much. "And you can't just sit up there and bother people until you find someone to fight, that's really uncool and you'll get arrested."

He had a point there. Not that any fighting would actually hurt John in the long run, as long as it wasn't a Heroic or Just thing he would be okay in the end and just heal from it. But there was no need to brag about that now, so John thought up something else. "What about a non-violent kind of fight? like a race or something?"

Also John had only been 13 when his version of the Earth had been destroyed, so he hadn't yet studied world history. He knew what the Nazis were but didn't recognize the uniform on sight.

Okay, yeah, Prussia was rambling nonsense now. A section of land is a liver? What nonsense is that?

It is complete nonsense, that's what it is.

"Well, you don't want to fight me, and I don't really want to leave you here to try to pick fights with other people. What if I just throw you in the river and we call it even?"

It was something he could actually do and it wouldn't reveal the full extent of his powers. England already knew about his wind powers anyway so it wasn't some huge secret.

"You gotta promise to stop looking for fights in the marketplace if I do it," John insisted. If Prussia went back to picking fights then all of this would be pointless, and he didn't want that. He was the herodude who was supposed to protect people, not make more problems for them.

"I dunno, go find the Fight Club or something," John suggested, "There's probably people who want to fight in this city but you're not going to find them at the town market."

Also the wind was starting to pick up on the bridge. It wasn't enough to be problematic yet, but it was noticeably windier where John and Prussia were standing.
