Characters: The Helmsman / The Ψiioniic (OU) [OPEN]

Content Warnings: lispy babbling?
Summary: Helmsman gets that glowing orb looked at but promptly absconds.
The Helmsman was honestly worried that this glowing ball would interfere with his mapmaking; not to mention his psionics, which he still relied on for daily activities like sitting and floating around. When he saw someone experienced with this world's magic willing to take a look at it, he went to see him.
He thought he'd be able to withstand the poking and prodding, but it was too much too soon. Politely denied physical contact, Ta'avakhra tried spells on the ball of light instead.
The excruciating pain lasted for only an instant, but it was enough to send the Helmsman into a panic. He (literally) flies out the door and into the street, awkwardly colliding with passerby.
